Data We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally on Your Device and is not transmitted to Our servers unless You use AI Features:

  • Carousel projects (slides, text, layout, and design settings)
  • Brand kits (saved color palettes, fonts, and brand assets)
  • Exported images and PDFs
  • App preferences (onboarding state, export counts, consent flags)
  • Prompt history (Your recent AI generation inputs, stored locally for convenience)

This data remains on Your Device and under Your control. We do not have access to it.

Data Sent to AI Services

When You use AI Features, the inputs You provide (such as topic, audience, key points, and image prompts) are sent to Our servers and processed by Google Gemini to generate Your content. Anonymous device identifiers are included for rate limiting and entitlement verification.

We do not use Your AI inputs to train AI models.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Subscription and Purchase Data

When You subscribe to the Service or make an In-app Purchase, Your billing and payment information is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to Your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID. We receive only a transaction confirmation and entitlement status via our subscription management provider (RevenueCat).

How We Use Your Data

We use the data We collect for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • To provide the Service (legal basis: contract performance) — including processing Your AI generation requests, delivering generated content, and managing Your subscription entitlements.
  • To maintain and improve the Service (legal basis: legitimate interest) — including monitoring usage patterns, identifying issues, and improving AI generation quality.
  • To manage subscriptions (legal basis: contract performance) — verifying purchase status, enforcing usage limits, and managing free trial periods.
  • To prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest) — rate limiting AI requests, enforcing fair use, and protecting the Service from misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation) — responding to lawful requests from public authorities.

Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

  • Google (Firebase & Gemini) — cloud infrastructure, AI text and image generation. Privacy Policy
  • RevenueCat — subscription and In-app Purchase management. Receives an anonymous user identifier, purchase status, and device type. Does not receive Your name, email, or Apple ID. Privacy Policy
  • Apple — App Store payment processing for all subscriptions and purchases. Privacy Policy

Data Retention

AI inputs are not retained beyond the generation session. AI-generated images are temporarily stored on Our servers and deleted after download. Subscription data is retained for as long as Your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal purposes. Data stored on Your Device remains until You delete the Application or the data within it — We have no access to it.

Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside of Your country of residence, including in the United States (where Google and RevenueCat operate). These transfers are necessary to provide the AI Features and subscription management.

Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities or reliance on the recipient's participation in recognised data protection frameworks.
